At ZampleBox we value having a transparent and honest relationship with you and all of our ZB Family Members around the world. I want to make sure you are informed at all times, even when it might not be something you're excited to hear.
On June 16th we received an official memo from the United States Postal Service notifying us of an error on their system that caused minor shipping delays for ZampleBox and other Seattle-based companies.
The official memo has been included as an attachment to my email.
We have been told by the Post Master that (a) your shipment may read as "Pre-Shipment" via online tracking, even though it has already shipped and (b) there may be up to a 1 week delay due to USPS' error.
Good News:
Luckily, USPS' error has only affected a small percentage of members. We have only seen this affect about 10% of our members whose boxes shipped between June 12th to June 18th.
We have never experienced this type of error with USPS before and do not anticipate that this will happen again anytime soon.
All shipments have been triple-checked to ensure that they have actually been shipped from our fulfillment center and every package has been verified to have shipped. Even though your shipment may say "Pre-Shipment", it has actually shipped.
You're probably thinking, "When will I receive my ZampleBox?". Great question, we have been told by USPS to allow "up to" one additional week from the date you placed your order. However, do keep in mind that 90% off our members, and hopefully you, will not experience a delay.
